TEJDMS – Diagnostics Management System (Windows App)

Spearheaded a high-stakes initiative that resulted in an improved product engineering process, increasing overall efficiency by 75%.

Built a production-grade Windows diagnostics application for programming and testing Tejas Networks telecom hardware cards.
Designed a multi-stage test workflow including: programming, non-interactive diagnostics, and interactive operator verification steps.
